I think a great idea would be for a Golf Course to host a Super Bowl Tournament on the weekend of the Super Bowl. Make it Super Bowl themed complete with a Super Bowl Party after the event. Great Marketing for the Course and a way to draw a crowd to watch the game at your facility. I am sure sales of food and alcohol would spike along with providing great entertainment for your patrons.
